"We were disappointed with our stay. When we checked into our assigned room, we found a bottle of lubricant under the bed, which raised concerns about cleanliness. One of the towels also had a yellowish-brown stain, and we didn’t feel comfortable using the others after that. Additionally, we were not informed about the $20 per night parking fee at any point during our stay. We only became aware of this charge after seeing it on our card the day after checkout. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and transparency made for a disappointing experience."

"Breakfast was so good! A few blocks from Old Town shopping and restaurants. A few blocks from train and buses and was very convenient to go to Sea World and the Zoo. Room was great. Staff was always friendly. No shuttle. "

"Jewelry box was stolen while we were attending friends wedding. The first time it happened in 45+ years of traveling. The hotel doesn't provide safes. The staff refused to help with anything. The manager just gave us a report and when we asked for specifics of the next steps he said that they can't do anything. The location of the hotel is in the area with lots of homeless people. We stayed 4 nights and one of the nights the access to the hotel was blocked by the police dealing with encampment right in front. Be aware that the hotel doesn't have enough parking. Eventhough we were paying for the parking we were told that we will have to park on the street. I'm disabled and all disabled spots were taken with a couple of cars not having the disable plackards. "
