The front desk staff was friendly. The room was very dusty and surfaces had not been wiped down. The pool water smelled. Due to this I checked out two days earlier. I had a four night stay and only asked to be refunded for the days I didn’t stay. The manager was not available and still have not been able to reach. I am upset that I was not refunded.

The lady at the front desk was excellent! She went above and beyond to secure a handicap room that had already been assigned to a future guest. She called that guest and confirmed they did not need room 103. And at checkout, she remembered my name and thanked come for staying there. Fabulous customer service!

Room door catches and does not open all the way. The shower floor was cracked and grimy. Paint on the floors and peeling in places on the walls. No lightbulbs in some of the lamps. Eggs were cold. Coffee was not good. But it was quiet and beds are amazing!
