Beware DO NOT stay here. It's disgusting its so dirty. The staff is rude the room was so dirty I had to ask for broom and mop to clean it myself. The bed is like laying on cardboard. This by the way is no exaggeration. You've been warned. I don't know how this place is open.

Property very, very old room, very old. You could tell the restroom, spin patched up over a million times pretty sure there were bed. Bugs never been itchy before in my body, but I was area kind of sketchy. Don't know why they cannot keep. Those rooms maintained really nice to maintain more positive reviews and have more people stay there.

The room smelled horrible, there was mold on the ceiling, there was brown stuff smeared on the bathroom walls, only one light worked in the entire room, the shower was dirty, no room service, there was banging on the walls all night making it difficult to sleep. I did not feel safe sleeping at this motel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They price gouged this weekend because it was friends & family weekend at TXST. Pulling into the parking lot this room was worth $45-$50 a night. we paid $150 a night. Pulled in parking lot getting out the car to check in someone tells us they were robbed (strike 1) Walk in office about 5 guys standing in there watching college football game on the tv. (women be safe with that.) Got room key and went around to room. walked in immediately NO! no clean towels. no soap shower had cigarette burns on it but was a no smoking room crazy! sheets were extremely dirty we did not even feel comfortable sleeping here. No fridge, no microwave. WE slept in the car was to much! The only good thing was water temp was hot and close to my daughter school. 0 OUT OF 10 WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Unfortunately, had to stay here during TX State family weekend because we waiting too long to book a hotel and this was the only option. The floor was dirty and contained several small dead roaches. The bathtub drained very slowly, and the tub floor appeared dirty (black stains). There were small black stains on the bathroom wall that looked like mold. In addition, the sheets felt sticky and did not seem freshly washed, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Hotel was extremely dirty, blood on the chair and stains on the sheets, I asked for another room which was just as bad, had to check out early due to safety issues where the door did not close properly. Hotel refused to refund days not used, horrible experience!!!
