"Our stay was mediocre. We stayed in the king suite with jacuzzi and although the tub was nice, we found the layout of the room itself to be a bit problematic. When entering the room, there is a set of bunk beds and then separating the room from the king suite, is a set of doors. On the other side of the doors is the bathroom- so if someone needs to exit the room, they must walk by the bunk beds and if someone needs the bathroom they must enter the king suite through the doors. This doesn’t leave a lot of room for privacy. Additionally this is not a modern room and the staff does not clean the rooms daily or remove the trash, you have to request it.
The breakfast was very basic- cereal, toast, waffles, eggs and sausage . They ran out of plates during breakfast and I observed a man get rather upset at this. We requested additional pillows and towels and it took several calls to room service and several hours for them to fulfill our request. Aside from this- my kids 14 and 15 were a little too old to enjoy the water park; however for families with kids 10 and under this could be a perk. Another perk is you walk right next door to catch the gondola, the hotel charges for parking- an additional $10.00 a day. Overall, we won’t be staying here again as it was not as clean/ unkept as I prefer but overall, it was ok. Also the elevator takes forever and was pretty dingy/gross."
