“Wonderful spacious room. Great location with a balcony overlooking the concert area during the summer. Staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions. Covered parking, close to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to coming back again”

“Good automated communication with AvantStay. Some odd lighting and switches including primary dining table light that didn’t work. I’m sure if we had let them know someone would had looked at it, but not worth it for short stay. Small bathroom was compensated for by tons of towels which felt luxurious. Comfortable, big bed. They did finally give me access to the property but gave me the...

“This property is beautiful and spacious. Very close to everything we wanted to do, Garden of the Gods, Castle (William Parker), pikes Peak COG railway, Royal Gorge, etc. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and they were very clean and great water pressure for the showers. The house and neighborhood was close to stores, restaurants and gas stations. I will definitely stay here again when we return. We didn’t use the hot tub or theater but they were very nice. ”

“Great stay loved it everything I needed was there ”
