"We were arriving about 6:30 pm. Received an email that the front desk was only open until 6 but they would leave our room key and instructions in an envelope in a lock box. When we arrived, the lock box was open and nothing was in it. There was a number to call for after hours help, so I called it. The answering service took my number and said that someone would call me back ASAP. (I also emailed through their website and left voicemails on numerous mailboxes.) Finally, at 7:45, I got a response from one of the emails that I had sent saying that they were open but didn't have my phone number and that they were open until 8, but upstairs instead of in the lobby."

"Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. "
