“The room was very old and pool has bad smell ”

“The staff upon check in was disinterested, hard to hear, and didn't provide a lot of information on the property. The room was beautiful but there were cobwebs in the light fixtures and deer head hanging over the fireplace. There was water damage in the drop down ceiling tiles and when brought to property's attention they entered a work order but gave no concessions due to presenting such shabby bathroom accomodations. “리츠칼튼이름만 달았지 객실도 오래되었고 좁고 위치도 별로임 특히 호텔1층 삭당의 수준은 가격은 비싸고 맛은 형편없음 타운안에 있지 않아 할게없음 좀더 떨어진 비버크릭쪽의 파크하얏트를 추천함 두번다신 방문하고싶지 않은 비싸기만한 호텔”
