“Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property. Bathtub had to be re-cleaned to shower in. Odd they even had a bathroom shower. Pool: DOES NOT look like online photos. We thought it...
