He was very informative throughout my stay and provided insightful information regarding map directions, where to locate the national parks, and informed me that I needed to make a reservation before entering the Rocky Mountains—which I had no idea about. Upon first checking in, he was quick to welcome me and his eagerness to fulfill my questions made this experience comfortable. Overall, very satisfied!
