โWe loved the deck area upstairs to sit and enjoy the fresh air and the view. The rooms were spacious and clean and beds were amazing. The people at the front desk were wonderful as we had an issue with our reservation and they fixed it immediately. Very helpful on ideas for the area. Food options were little disappointing as we usually are bacon,eggs,potatoes type people but enjoyed anyway..... thank you for good experience at these accommodations.,....

โThe accommodation itself was satisfactory. However, although I made advance payment at HOTELS.COM, the hotel charged again for the room with my credit card. I informed the hotel of my double billing through HOTELS.COM but the hotel did not respond for nearly a week. I stayed at the end of March and managed to get a refund in mid-April. Instead of apologizing, the hotel sent only the refund receipt by email without a word of greeting. I was very disappointed and upset.โ
โGood location. Turns out our room was across the parking lot from the Fall River stream, not stream side. Not really a Mountain View either. They do have cabins and other rooms on the stream, but booking through Hotels.com left that a little murky as to whether you were getting a "stream-side" room. Family upstairs had kids banging on the floor at 7:30am and again in the evening until 9:30pm or so. Room was excellent (King bed room), large living space and bathroom. Small invection stove top,...
