"Overall the staff was excellent. The required valet parking for $55 and resort fee turns a reasonably priced room into an expensive $400 room. Access to the car was pain in ass even though the bell boys were really helpful. "

The property was impeccably maintained, the staff at check-in was so helpful and friendly, & the views amazing. The kids absolutely loved the pool, water slide, and facilities. We cannot wait to return."

"We would stay here again very clean, updated and staff was resourceful and nice. Quiet and comfortable. The upstairs loft bedroom was quite warm no AC I would put someone upstair that doesnt mind warm and sleep in the downstair area with windows open."

"Beautiful, well located property. Easy walk to town, dining and shopping. Friendly, accommodating staff! Lodge had many common areas to relax, read, hot tub, swim, play games, sit by the fire, etc. 1 bedroom condo was clean and well decorated. The beds and linens very comfortable. Well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend Mountain thunder Lodge!"
