โProperty location was excellent. Check in and communication with property managers was excellent. There were several issues with the unit needing maintenance upon our arrival.โ
โThis stay was a splurge for us, but was wonderful to spend Christmas together with our boys who are in their 20's. We actually got delicious takeout from a favorite restaurant, drank wine, and played games around the table with the fireplace going. They enjoyed having their own beds and we enjoyed the quality family time. Place was comfy and clean and close to skiing.โ
โThe property is amazing. There is construction around the property itself but other than that. I would absolutely recommend the property for a nice vacation!โ
โThey were having construction both days we stayed. I had to actually leave a facility because of the noise. It started at 7:30am till about 8pm. Very loud beeping and truck noises. Since there is no AC we had to have the windows open. Also the description of the room showed a mountain view, hot tub single bedroom which we thought meant our own balcony hot tub.
Lots of additional Fees and Taxes at this location. I Chatted with someone at Hotels.com and had no response on getting a refund...
โI would say that this space is "ok". There are pros and cons to any vacation rental and this property is no different. The pros are location (fantastic - especially with kids), parking (easy and heated), and cleanliness. However, the fireplace does not work, the building has plumbing issues, and windows are drafty.
