“The property was obviously older and in need of some upgrade work However, the mgt and/or staff "seemed" to be trying hard to improve things. Also he drove down from an offsite location to do a late check-in for us. All the amenities were functional, the main thing I observed was subpar cleanliness of some items (towels, bedding, etc.). I'm guessing either they are having trouble obtaining sufficient staff, or perhaps the manager is trying to do the work alone. So couldn't call it my "first...
