“As far as amenities and friendliness of staff- it’s a 10 out of 5. This hotel is newly opened and the amenities and staff are awesome. You can tell they’ve put some effort into updating amenities. However, the noise from the street is SO loud. There was a spider in the room. We only had two towels, though 4 can stay there. I was told they’d deliver sheets and pillows for the fold out couch which never happened. The tv wasn’t plugged in, but we couldn’t move it to plug it in (it was big). The...

“John at the front desk was very nice and helpful when I asked where a good place to eat was in the area. he gave me several options. It really helped. I like to to get the opinion of people who live where i stay. you get the best options that way.”

“The breakfast was nicer than usual. My only concern with my stay was that one of the elevators was concerning--noises, smells, grinding to a stop. In fact, I saw staff members send it away and push the button again to get the other elevator instead. That's what I did. I was on the 4th floor so was on the elevator several times a day.”

“Someone’s car alarm went off under my 2nd story window at 4 am. Several calls to the lobby went unanswered, so I got dressed and went down in person. When I told the night auditor the problem he kind of shrugged, said nobody else had complained, and that he didn’t think much could be done.
