“The room was very old and pool has bad smell ”

“Estuvo bien solo que deberían poner uniforme a los empleados, se les ve muy muy informales cada uno vestido a su criterio y posibilidades me imagino, eso resta la imagen del hotel”

“They had everything set up convenient and staff was very helpful on everything.”

“The suite, the view, are an absolute yes. First Contact - The Valets are top notch! They tell you what they will do before they do it. Front Desk - Check in, with Kevin was quick and painless. The valets again - opens the room door for me and begins to walk me through the suite. Once done, he asks, if everything is satisfactory and if he may remove my luggage from the cart. The view. The view of the mountains, was amazing. I would do it again.”

“Comfortable room and bed. Central location. Kind staff. When we left we were charged € 55 for the use of facilities (spa and pool) . We booked via Expedia. Normally the hotel facilities are included in the price, and if not it should be specified at arrival.”
