"The hotel is located very close to Metro barely 5 mins walk. The complimentary breakfast was great option with healthy options. The staff is very helpful and they address any issue diligently. The property maintenance lacks attention and the building is showing issues around plumbing, flooring and tile cracks. The check-in standard-operating procedure lacks rigour. ITC brand needs to re-hash these procedures to make sure the guest experience is good."

"Staff were not helpful with the luggage from the car to the room; did not even attempt to help. Contents of the purse fell on the “ X-ray machine and could not be recovered. Only on insistence did they bring a box to place the items. Very sloppy service"

"I’ve stayed at 100s of 5-star hotels over the years, but the hospitality at Pullman Aerocity just stood out. The staff were exceptional, warm, attentive and helpful 24/7. The entire experience, from the airport pickup and seamless check-in to handling all my luggage, was effortless. I was travelling with my dog, which can sometimes make hotel stays a little complicated, but here it was incredibly easy. They were literalg pet-friendly and even had a separate chef-curated menu for dogs, which was such a lovely touch. The food was another highlight. Hotel buffets, even at 5-star properties, can sometimes feel average, but everything I tried here was genuinely good with an incredible variety. The rooms and facilities were squeaky clean and the spa, pool and gym make it just as good for a staycation. It’s also only about 10-15 minutes from the airport, which makes it extremely convenient. Great hospitality, great food, great facilities and excellent value for money. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
