“We booked the room with Expedia, Upon arrival, the office person asked for payment for room, I told her that we paid for the room through Expedia. Then she changed to saying that she needs another $46 for pets but on the Hotel page it states clearly that pets stay free. Anyway after a long tiring drive, we gave her the money and went to our room.
The room is very basic entry level room. There are signs everywhere such as turn off the lights, don't let the dogs on the bed, don't run water...
“Staff amazing and room provides a great shower and bed for a night when on the road, travelling with your Dog.
Walls are thin, so you can hear neighbouring rooms, when they speak loud. This didn't cause any issues as all seem to be quiet by 9pm”

Fabric on chairs was very dirty. TV remote was greasy and didn’t work properly.
Bedside table was sticky and stained.
Beds were comfortable and clean.
Staff were apologetic but that doesn’t equate to good management.”
