“Gross….the Lobby or lack of -dirty -I felt like I was at an auto shop…staff not friendly nor welcoming- overwhelmed- as try to call earlier to cancel - and there was NO answer … The short walk to elevator smelled of mold & mildew. Room was “cleaned” (room deodorized) but stray hairs in bed AND in bathroom - refrigerator needed to be cleaned, curtains had a bizarre red spots (need a CSI black light) … bathroom floor need to swept AND scrubbed- needless to say I did not take off my shoes. “I'm not sure where to start... We had two rooms. My son's room had hair in the bathtub. Other than that, he did his room was fine. Now our room... Ripped at the roof window curtain. We had no wash clothes or floor towel for in front of the tub. We had only a dribble of water in our sink until my husband got under sink and turned on the water. We still had only hot water. No cold. TV was very limited and the controller was hard to figure out. We had 3 pillows, but only one had a pillow case. Now...

“Brown and clear stains on sheets. No warm water. Hair found in towels. Door has been broken down before, and the hinges and security latch were hastily bolted back into the wall, they are not secured. Worst stay I've had anywhere in the US, including other motel 6's, capsule hotels, hostels, etc, across the country.”

“You get what you pay for, it was dingy and run down and the rooms felt worse than job corps dorms. I felt dirty just by being within its walls. I didn’t stay the night, I left. And of course Expedia won’t refund 😒but yeah. Even if it was advertised as a hostel it would not be suitable.”

“Staff was nice Room was fine except Sink faucet was broken and needed to be repaired to turn water off after I reported it AC was fine Parking was plentiful but felt unsafe. Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them. One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator. This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents”
