"The property and the room was fine. The staff was super unfriendly."

"The Harborside Inn was lovely but our trip was too short for me to really get a sense of the place. I wish we could have eaten in the lobby restaurant; it looked delicious. The hotel room was comfortable and very dark at night which made for a good night's sleep. Parking is offsite - an easy walk in nice weather, but probably not enjoyable if the weather is gross. Great staff - very friendly and accommodating! "

"Room was great, ipad plug in didnt work so ipad always dying, 4th floor hall carpets were dirty, gym was closed due to construction. Ironing station was down the hall, little water in it, a learning curve to use. Not one glass in the roon.Reilly was very nice at front desk. The rest of staff aloof. Did not eat "

"The parking is expensive compared to other hotels in the neighborhood. The room I used was clean in general except that there was hair remaining around the shower drain. I did not bother with it as it was late past midnight and I was super tired after arriving from the airport. "

"This is an old-school Miami Beach hotel in the middle of Burlington, Massachusetts with the exception of an oven that kitchen is fully equipped immaculate the space is huge. It's actually almost the identical layout of my grandmother's apartment when I was a kid in senior housing.. plenty of dishes plenty of silverware good water pressure could hot water separate bedroom sitting area eating area. This is a really nice place and well worth the money."
