The entire time there no one offered to clean room or change sheets. Not sure if there were fleas or bed bugs but my son broke out in a rash from on his stomach and legs. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful.

The room was in good condition! It felt relatively clean! The toilet seat came off the toilet the second I sat on it. Other than that it was a decent place to stay if you don’t need much!

The staff of the Mayflower were very kind and helpful. The lady who greeted me upon check in the night of my arrival was superb. The gentleman watching the desk was helpful as well.

the digs- What you see is what you get, no surprises. If there's an issue with a fixture in the room, the staff attends to it without delay or gives you a new room. the people- The daytime host is pleasant and considerate. the location-The convenient shops are open 24 hrs and right next door.

Real honest review, It suited my needs. No bed bugs, had hot water for the shower, the mattress was kinda hard and the pillows were flat lol but those were not a deal breaker. I enjoyed my stay with my wife. Was close the mall so we walked. I'm not sure why some people rate it so poorly. You get what you pay for. There's a mini fridge, yes there's wifi although it is slow it is there, better than nothing. The door locks so the the room is safe, nobody comes bothering you. Dunkin is across the street, Wendy's and a gas station are next door. This place ain't bad. If I could rent a room I would XD

You get what you pay for

The stay was great. The room was decent, but there were pubes on the bathroom ceiling. And something was biting my back the whole time. I didn’t see anything crawling or flying but by the time i left my back started itching and there were bites on my back and buttocks. No complaints otherwise. I have photos but they aren’t really family friendly due to where I was bitten.

The customer service experience is decent. The people at the front desk are nice and polite. The problem is that the rooms have a concentrated cigarette smell. I booked 2 rooms and both rooms smell like cigars. The bed are really stiff and hard, which isn’t too shocking for the price you pay for a room at this motel. If it was not for the smell and the bed, this motel is not that bad and I would have rate it higher.

The area felt safe. The mattress was rock hard and I could literally feel the springs. Pillows were thin and lumpy. Zero amenities except 2 thin bars of off brand soap. Very humid AC The towels and linens were blue, so it was hard to tell if they were actually clean. Bathtub was dingy grey. Floor was clean. TV resolution was blurry but there were a variety of channels
