First and foremost, kudos to the front desk staff, and in particular, "April". Even before I stepped foot into the building, she had tried to rectify a big issue that I had with Expedia and my reservation. Although it could not be resolved, her efforts made me feel good. My room was fantastic along with the rest of my stay.
