Our reservation was not correct, and we had to move rooms to try and get something that would accommodate our group. Yes, they worked with us, and I was happy about that, but the errors were not good. Thanks to CeCe for doing all she could! Still, I do not know if the charges are correct and have not been pleased with the communication from the hotel.
The hotel is also under renovation right now! Entire halls were closed off while they do the renovation, and we would regularly hear saws and hammering during our stay. The hotel is also located on a main street and traffic noise was rather bad.
We also noticed things being dirty, with used towels in "clean" rooms, and leaking toilets. We actually moved a trash can under the side of the toilet to catch the water from of the tank each time we flushed it!
It was a neat and historic hotel, but I don't think I would recommend it to others.
