You will never regret booking this boutique hotel
Extraordinarily lovely hotel-----one of the best hotels I've been to! Rooms are lovely (we stayed in junior suite) and restaurants and the bar are better than the most other places in neighbour

Pleasant staff. Clean property. Slightly dated. carpets, furniture and fixtures show the age. Probably it is by design to keep the old charm

It’s impossible to find any flaws at this hotel. The entire staff are the best anywhere! This stay we were in a large room with separate sitting area, but all the rooms are comfortable. Concierge level was excellent as well. Thanks for another memorable stay! Merry Christmas!

Great establishment
Everything was top notch here. The service the cleanliness and the location was excellent. The only thing that stands out to me was the bed was too soft but manageable. Casino was literally right across the street and bourbon st was a 15 minute walk. Definitely will come back and stay here

Favorite Hotel In New Orleans
The staff was great—very accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable… and our suite was wonderful. It was really spacious and had a walkout balcony, and the comfort of the bed/pillows was the cherry on top. We stayed here for a wedding, and our crew took advantage of the 4th-floor rooftop pool & bar while it had direct sun until about mid-afternoon. It was quiet on property, especially for New Orleans, but Harrah’s casino is just across the street so it offers the best of both worlds. Try the Polo Club Lounge for a pre/post-dinner cocktail. I dig old school hospitality, style, and service—this will definitely be my new go-to hotel in New Orleans from now on. It’s the only hotel in New Orleans that I’ve really liked a lot over the years that I’ve been going there apart from the Claiborne Mansion, which is more of a [really] great B&B-style vibe though. My wife prefers to have an on-site spa, restaurant(s), room service, etc. and Windsor Court not only has it all but they execute it well—happy wife, happy life.

LOVE THE WINDSOR COURT. DO NOT WANT TO STAY ANY OTHER PLACE. THE POOL BAR STAFF DIDN'T SEEM LIKE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE POOL BAR IS GENERALLY STAFFED AND PREPARED THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE ITEMS NEEDED IN THE BAR AT TIMES. 2 SEPARATE DAYS AND 2 DIFFERENT STAFFS. THIS IS GENERALLY OUR GO TO PLACE........ESPECIALLY FOR THE POOL AREA BAR AND POOLSIDE FOOD.
