Nice location. Great ambiance in the lobby. Very clean and spacious room with a view of the forest, right on the bicycle path. The pool was broken. Bicycles were available for rent.

We went there in part because of the spa, but it wasn't working while we were there, and the staff made no effort to address it or even apologize. Expected them to still be working out the kinks given that it is a new property, but customer service could have been stronger.
