The property was very clean and well maintained. Condo unit was beautiful, top of the line.oomy. Spacious balcony overlooking the ocean was awesome. Definitely recommend and will return.

Ocean Beach Club was awesome. The unit was clean, bright, and had all the amenities. 2 bed, 2 bath, 3 tv's, washer & dryer in the unit! It was really good. They also have pool toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, etc available for use. The parking was a little tight, but really not a problem at all. The host was great, communicated quickly and efficiently. I really can't recommend this place enough. I think there's 11 units, and 9 of them have a really good view of the ocean and beach. Ours was one of the rear units, but the way its setup we had a fantastic view of the ocean and beach. Thank you!

The property manager, Tracy, was absolutely amazing. I had a couple personal issues right before my trip. I arrived and Tracy met me and helped me get settled in. She made the process so easy and fluid. I needed the time to relax and restore. She made me feel so welcome and important, like I was her primary responsibiity. I instantly knew I was at home and in the perfect place for my few days of vacation. The proerty exceeded my expectations: Clean, nicely appointed and furnished, and so well located for beach enjoyment, restuarants, shopping and anything one might need. I have vacationed in New Smyrna Beach since I was a small child and that was over 45 years ago. What more can I say..............I give 10 Star rateing this wonderful place and Tracy the platinum and diamond rating XOXOXOXO

Very pleased with this newly renovated property. Room was immaculate and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and had plenty of chairs. Very easy beach access and newly replenished sand which was beautiful. Management was very easy to contact and onsite to greet us on arrival. Our rental was direct beachfront with nice patio.

The location of this condo was just perfect, steps away from the beach. There is a beach bar and restaurant within walking distance as well as many other options within a 2 mile range. The condo itself was very clean with fresh towels, Turkish beach towels, a great kitchen, comfy mattress, and an excellent hairdryer. The condo was spacious had a nice outdoor sitting area and a well-kept swimming pool overlooking the ocean. Pet friendly, which my cat appreciates. I will definitely return.

The family condo is bright cozy and inviting. It has a full kitchen with a view of the beach that is unforgettable. It was so relaxing to sit in the balcony and watch the wave. Very clean. Amenities include a pool, barbecue and picnic area. Check in/out process is seamless. Any questions I had they were always helpful plus quick to reply. It is a hidden gem you can rent for a relaxing getaway.

We’ve stayed a lot of places and tend to favor the smaller properties. This was by far our favorite. Everything matched the reviews and pictures. Tracy helped get a few things ironed out for us and was super quick to help with anything that came up. It’s our new favorite. The location is fantastic for that quiet getaway. Beach is only a few steps away and is so inviting. Reading outside on the balcony was one of my favorite perks. They have pet tortoises that will walk up to you. However, upon trying to rebook I’m finding that the prices have nearly tripled for some of the dates —so my review for the value will have to be revoked. This is a great property , but it doesn’t have the perks of the larger complexes that offer luxury add ons. So my advice to the new owners is— keep yourself humble and do what you do best. Keep it simple. Clean. And quiet. It’s sad because I was going to rebook for just after the New Year and was quoted double what I just paid this past week. Very very sad indeed. I guess it will only be a memory…..

We loved our stay at the Ocean Beach Club. The location was outstanding and the staff was extremely attentive! The unit looked like new and was well taken care of. The furniture was great and didn’t look like “left over” stuff that sometimes lands in rental units. I especially appreciated the fact that not only was the unit exceptionally clean, but it was also well equipped to help me keep it that way during our stay. Many units I’ve rented before are never equipped with brooms and other cleaning supplies. I wouldn’t hesitate to return! We had a great week!

Clean and well equipped, appears recently remodeled. Did not use pool due to continuing remodeling in other units, which other than limiting guest parking was not a noise issue. Great access to beach and other amenities. Single bdrm unit so no wash/dry, but found great laundry mat 1 mile south. Would recommend and would return.

Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it. The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place! We’re already looking for next year!

The room was very clean and very well decorated. Really a beautiful space right on the water. Loved that I was able to walk right onto the beach, and also had the option of a private pool right on the beach as well. My room was on the first floor not facing the beach. There were a few storms and due to being on the first floor, the water from the storm started to flood into my room. There is a drain outside of that room but it didn’t seem to be working. The housekeeper brought some extra towels and was so kind but by the time I saw the water coming in some of my belongings by the doorway had already gotten soaked. There was also work being done in the rooms above(?) mine and it was very loud during the stay. The workers also had to come into my room to check out some things (the host was very communicative about this with me on the day that they were coming in) but that was a little uncomfortable as a young female traveling solo. Overall it was a nice place just a few uncomfortable moments worth noting.

Such a perfect place for the whole family, our dogs were happy and so were we. The unit is equipped with all kitchen items and the washer and dryer in the units were so helpful with traveling with kids! We will definitely be back! Very close to food and the beach is perfect!

We made a last minute reservation for the weekend. Communication was excellent and they were very responsive. The location is more than ideal with great access to the beach. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was spacious and the air conditioning was fabulous. We would absolutely stay here again.
