馬桶每天都淤塞，一張廁紙都不能沖。冷氣遙控器失靈，不能調較溫度。 Toilet blockage everyday, can’t flush even one piece of toilet paper. Worth air conditioning remote, cannot adjust the temperature.

素食品項不多只有基本幾樣，但簡單吃還是可以吃得飽，如果是葷食應該就有蠻多熟食可選。 員工介紹詳細讓陌生客很快就對設施有基本概念。 浴室房間都很大，非常少見。 溫泉是屬於少見的海底溫泉，鹹度十足很有特色。

房間觀景很好，住起來很放鬆也舒適，以下幾個地方如果可以調整一下會更棒！1.房間的中央空調太冷(low fan 還是會冷，且出風口剛好吹到睡在那個位置的人的頭會很不舒服。) 2.進房時冰箱有插插頭，我們就把食物放進去，後來沙拉和蛋都壞了。研究以後才發現插座那邊的按鈕要按下去才能正常的運作 (但是都沒有人告知，且插座在非常不明顯的位置) 3.沒有可以掛溼毛巾的地方不太方便，尤其是二個人都使用大毛巾。 4.晚很九點後才接到電話告知隔天沒有早餐buffet, 原本已經睡著了。5.床上方掛床簾的木頭有一根有一點脫落了，感覺不太安全。

最大問題是照騙，浴室沒有這麼漂亮這麼大。 浴缸是一人大小（兩人擠滿）廁所邊角都黃黃的，不過跟櫃檯反應是可以換房的！ 櫃檯服務態度很好👍 但換了也是差不了太多，因為是硫磺泉 不過附近的飯店應該也都是有此嫌疑。 公共湯屋和涼亭因為下雨完全沒人使用。 一樓有餐廳，早餐是稀飯、自己烤麵包、自己煮肉燥麵、一口小饅頭等中規中矩的中式早餐。 可惜蛋料理只有水煮蛋，蔬菜也不太多 飲料有鮮奶、熱豆漿、可爾必斯、葡萄汁、咖啡機咖啡等。 總得來說就是很一般，有一種飯店有花錢維護但是很省錢的感覺，以這個價位其實不會很想特別來，可惜。

溫泉旅館又在冬天的時候去旅遊，房內的空調沒有暖氣設備是一大缺失，空調系統只有冷氣和除濕，等於在房內還要包著棉被。以價位的CP值來說，這點實在有待改善。 泡完溫泉之後，室內溫度又不高，就得去包著棉被，旅遊體驗有待改善

尚有已整修電燈之空房，卻給尚未整修的房間，電燈閃爍，房務卻說是我們運氣不好，要求換房，結果換到隔壁，浴室前右側除濕機下方地板積了一攤水，詢問是浴室排水不良，還是除濕機故障，房務不予理會，一邊將水擦乾、將隔壁房除濕機過來，一邊唸，好似我們在大年期間找麻煩。另外湯池太小，要屈膝才能泡，泡湯地方沒有紗窗，幾乎全無對外視野。空調老舊，很吵。房間燈光太暗。淋浴的水溫無法調節。沒有置放行李的地方，只能攤在茶几上。插座設在茶几後面、冰箱櫃後面或落地門下方，要移開茶几、冰箱櫃才能使用，或將手機放在地上才能充電，床兩側均無充電插座，真是神設計。

非常不推薦浪漫旅行的來這裡住

上面寫沒有限制入住時間但臨時被告知17:00過後才能入住，整個計畫都要改變 為何要臨時通知 為何要臨時通知 為何要臨時通知 我們都一個月前先訂的 可以兩個星期前事先告知吧？ 是不是有客人突然延長時間 所以臨時要我們延後入住？ 整體都很差 房間有點老舊 床旁邊也沒有插頭 很不貼心 現代人都大量使用手機 想輕鬆邊躺在床上邊滑手機 這樣設計讓無法好好放鬆 熱水忽冷忽熱 水龍頭裝在不高不下的位子 房間冷氣怎麼調整都根本沒有反應 繼續為此進去房間的溫度 非常不推薦浪漫旅行的來這裡住 因為會破壞整個心情

短期不會再前往住宿

房間地毯到處都一點一點，地上也還有餅乾屑，小桌子上還有黏黏的污漬，客房服務有來吸地板，但是擦桌子的抹布擦完桌子發出更臭的異味，只好自己用酒精再擦一遍，設備偏舊沒有維護。

金山温泉に宿泊するなら・・・

金山老街での散策を楽しんで、温泉も楽しめるということで、宿泊してみました。特に「このホテルでないと」ということはなかったのですが、ホテルのスタッフもアットホームな感じで親切にしてくれ、よかったです。金山老街までは徒歩で10分程度ですが、歩道といったものはなく、車道すれすれを歩いていくので、怖かったです。ホテルの部屋は広かったです。チェックインは17時からとなっていたのですが、老街を散策して16時前に行くともう部屋の用意をしてくれていました。大浴場は台湾によくある水着着用の温泉プールで、海水温泉らしく、しょっぱい湯（しかもかなり高温）がどぼどぼ出ていました。部屋にも温泉がひかれていましたが、風呂の温泉用水栓が固くて、出すのが大変でした。朝食はまあ必要十分な感じです。金山名物のサツマイモを期待していたのですが、残念ながらありませんでした。

Stay at The Loft Seaside Suites

Came at a quiet time and essentially had the entire outdoor hot springs to ourselves. You won't get much a view from the rooms, and to be honest, Wan-Li/Jin-Shan does not offer much for travelers who are looking for malls, etc. Instead, it is a very cozy, quiet area, and if you are checking out the coast-line, this makes for a great pit-stop. The room comes equipped with its own tub/pool that you can fill with hot-spring water, a great way to start the morning or to relax late in the evening.

Not value for money

Too expensive for such standard of service. When I arrived for check in, the reception staff asked some questions before they finally looked up their shelf for my reservation. The worst thing was that the room was not made up and their reason was that I didn't tell them to do so. But they never tell me that room make-up is upon request! On the contrary, what the staff remembered telling me was to give me a discount coupon to buy the skin care item on its shelf! I could imagine the room was well -furnished when it was new but obviously due to poor maintenance , it becomes a bit shabby. The breakfast was quite good , though.

整體還不錯

飯店稍微舊一點點，但整體還不錯！溫泉是海水溫泉，泡起來比較像真的溫泉。床為兩張床併在一起，變成一張相當大的床。平面電視很大，亦提供許多電影可看。早餐樣式很多元，除了一般中西式早餐外，還可以自助煮麵，還有提供關東煮，早餐樣式非常奇妙！幾乎可當作早午餐。
