“Arranging the pickup from airport good. But the behaviour of executive at breakfast table is worst. Without verifying the details the executive at breakfast has stated I am not entitled to free breakfast and asked to pay the amount. Leaving breakfast I was forced to rush to the room and show the receipt I was entitled to free breakfast.”

“The booking was overpriced as for the same period the rates were 40% less. It shows that online booking is to cheat people. The room was without any window opening and cleanliness as well as other facilities were TERRIBLE. I would recommend not to book through Hotel. Com . There was no mirror even in bathroom. “No Room Service. A/C maintained from the reception. They don't give you the remote for A/C. Though booked for 3 adults deluxe room provided only 2 bedded room. Room is not well maintained.TV channels limited only free channels you can see they have not subscribed with the channels. No Restaurant of it's own. 1 St. Day We were puzzled . Left the hotel in 3 days though booking was of 4 nights.”

“The bathroom had a smell to it, even when I spayed it multiple times. The smell stayed. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of that. The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. ”

“On day 1, I could I have given this property 5 stars for the service they provided. They waiting for us late and provided us with hot dinner even after the dinner service was closed. The staff was courteous and very helpful. But on Day 2 we could see some problems and it could be since it’s a newer property but with the amount they charge we definitely think few areas could be improved. 1. Each bottle of water is charged at 80inr. 2. We ordered tea in the room and on day 2 it was super bad....
