"Friendly staff, decently clean and comfortable for a good price. Great location for Bushwick or Bedstuy. MUCH nicer and newer than what I assume is their other hotel down the street (Hotel 1080) which I stayed at a few weeks prior. "

"my stay at this hotel was extremely horrible first of all the sheets and towels had stains on them. and when I tried to adjust the heat it just blew cold air not even cold just this weird feeling. the whole room was extremely cold the whole entire night and when I had to wake up to go to work to shower, the water was extremely cold but the sink water had hot water which is ironic. the floors were really dirty and it smelled weird in there. I only stayed there because I knew that the other rooms were'nt going to be better. this is a very crappy hotel. I don't think you guys should call it a hotel you should call it a motel"

"I booked the junior suite with the large balcony on the second floor & the property staff put me in a much smaller room on the third floor. When they were told of their mistake, they told me to contact Expedia for any issues, concerns, or refunds. When i asked for a receipt that reflected the room in which i had to stay, they told me the receipt will look like the one i received from my booking, even though i never stayed in that room. Their towels & washrags were heavily stained. When house keeping was told, they brought new towels that were still stained. The mirror in the bathroom was broken & swinging loose. Now the property staff are trying to give me the run around on my receipt, telling me they have to make a receipt & that I’ll get it via email within 24hrs. I told them i need that reflected in writing because i have no guarantee that that email will be sent. They told me once again they need to contact their manager. "

"Liked the location of the hotel, convenient, safe, quiet. The room feels comfortable, of good size, especially the bathroom. Gym is big with plenty equipments, runners, bikes, climbers,etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "
