Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
The elevators were horrible! Half of them didn’t work. Other than that it was great. A little noisy in the room from outside noise and not great insulation from the window.

Hotel Edison Times Square
The room was clean and the staff was accommodating. The only complaint was there wasn't a single drawer in the room which meant we lived out of the suitcase which was very inconvenient.

Lotte New York Palace
Only complaints. Way too many people hanging in the lobby - on the floor, on the stairs, etc., eating food, etc. not a very pleasant way to function. Also, no bar (other than Rareties)? In 2025 in a hotel? Unheard of.
