The reception employees and managers were a bit dismissive and brusque when issues were brought to their attention. After being given the run around for two days, they resolved my booking issue without any sign that that wasn’t something they could have done in the first place. I requested to speak to the general manager on day one and day two but never heard from her. There were stains on the pillow cases and hairs in the towels and on the bathroom sink. Otherwise, the cleanliness was okay. The decor and everything seems recently updated. There are free cookies, coffee, and infused water in the lobby. The rooms are very sound exposed. It was hard to sleep through the night because the doors to the rooms all shot very loudly at all hours.
