โKrystal deserves a medal
I stayed here while working the Clackamas County Fair (drawing caricatures all day until my hand resembled a claw). I needed a quiet, affordable spot nearby, and this place nailed it.
Big shout-out to Krystal, the manager. She didnโt just hand me a key... she gave me options. I picked the dark, quiet cave-like room, perfect for collapsing after 12-hour days. She even knocked a night off my bill when I rolled in late, which no one ever does. When my buddy couldnโt check...
โSpacious, clean, comfortable and quiet room. Front desk person was a delight. Thereโs a restaurant right across the parking lot where we had dinner with good food. I recommend this hotel. โ
โThis is a very nice hotel! Clean, comfy and wonderful staff! The property is brand new and it has all the whistles and bells! It is the only Fairfield in the country with a wine bar and tasting nightly!
The grounds have a nice pool and a patio fire tables and comfortable seating.
Out stay was lovely and we met great people at the wine tasting and pool area. โ
โPeople at the Front desk received us while talking through telephone. No breakfast which is quite surprising. Hard to believe how this hotel get hogher than 7.0.โ
"The location is excellent. Overall, the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious and decent, but they do not meet the high-end quality I imagined when booking. It's an average hotel, but it has a few drawbacks.
Firstly, it was listed as offering free breakfast, but instead of an actual free breakfast, they provide a credit that can be used like a voucher for the total amount. The breakfast itself is not great for the price, so it doesnโt seem worth selecting. Additionally, there is no bathtub in the bathroom, which is a disappointing omission.
The tap water is also quite murky. They claim itโs mineral water, but it just looks dirty. Being sensitive, I also experienced minor skin irritation after using the water.
The pool and fitness center are somewhat small but usable. This hotel is $40โ50 more expensive than others, and I booked it for the pool and breakfast as its advantages, but they werenโt particularly necessary, as the experience is ultimately similar to other hotels.
It wasnโt a bad experience, but Iโll likely try other hotels next time."
