Room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. One of the double glazed window units was blown and required replacing and the ensuite was a little tired and needed upgrading. Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Staff needed chasing up not keeping up replacing side plates, and keeping coffee pots full. Staff were quick to apologise and bring out replacements. We will almost certainly visit again, despite getting a few things wrong the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were plenty of parking spaces.

Spacious room with a lovely lookout over the sea front and view of Herd Goyne. Bed mattresses weren’t the most comfortable, maybe time for replacing. Weather was very hot during our stay and the room was warm, but reception provided a fan on request which helped. Great location with an easy walk along the beach promenade to the Marine Park and Ocean Road. Plentiful and easy parking.

Have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions an have been pleased with the outcome. Little things are now getting a little dated e.g shower curtain(?), stains on bath silicone seal and no USB charging sockets. Location is good together with parking but price appears to have increased and the breakfast is not as good compared to previous visits.

Great location and free parking. Room was a good size and clean with a great view, although decor & furniture a little dated. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful, but not enough on duty, especially late evening at the bar. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from. Would stay again if in the area

The location is just stunning, and the staff are a delight. A truly lovely place, though slightly dated in that the rooms needed a slight upgrade with additions such as USB points.
