I am delighted to read that you found our staff polite and professional, however I am disappointed to read of your experience with your room and the noise and I can only apologise. Our bar closes at 11pm, from which point all music stops and customers are required to leave the premises. We do remind our customers to be mindful of our guests, but i do apologise for your experience. Did you speak to a member of staff about this? I am sure they would have been happy to facilitate a room change to a more suitable, quieter room. We are also sorry to hear that the cleanness of our room was not up to standards and this is not acceptable, did you report this to the front desk? As we would've tried to move you to a more suitable room . In regards to breakfast as after our traditional continental breakfast wasn't getting much customer interest we decided to change to the breakfast bags to accommodate the guests that are still wanting breakfast in the mornings.

In regards to the room above yours having a party, this is completely unacceptable. Did you contact the front desk about this? As we have a night porter on every evening who would have sorted any issues such as excessive noise or they could have moved you to another room in which you would have been more comfortable.
