“I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service!”

“We were welcomed politely, but right away were told we could not have the room we booked in advance: we had called in advance in the morning as was mentioned we should do before checking in. During booking , we knew we could bring a pet , with paying a fee, which was fine with us. During our call that morning, the person who answered our call, stated we would not have the room with the view over the valley , but a different room in the hotel and the the security fee for the dog was $100. “Did not like we had to check in at a different hotel location....and return keys there when checking out. I think there were other options at check out. Parking was tight. Only 2 spots left when we returned after 9:30pm. Very close to all the bakeries via car. Walking distance to most of downtown shops. Great Pretzel place across street.”

“Bed did not have sheets on it. Shower was dirty and moldy.”
