The room was very clean. The lady at check in was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was there was no coffee pot in the room or office. The TV didn't get very many channels.also don't forget your hair dryer like I did!
The room was good enough for the price. It’s a very dated building and looks sketchy from the outside. However, it was clean and safe. We just needed a room for the night while attending an event in town and it did the job.
Room 20. Great Value. Pricing was perfect. My age - mid 60's.4 Stars as no motel is 5 stars. Basic motel to lay your head and get a hot shower if you don't plan to vacation at the motel - no bar, pool, spa, gym room, or breakfast. Older motel in a courtyard set up. Clean/neat room, AC, hot shower, comfortable bed, quiet. Had WiFi, a microwave, small fridge which I did not use. Very basic cable - don't expect a 600 channel variety. Did not require service so did not leave any rating, but check-in and out was friendly and easy. All your favorite fast foods/stores are nearby and Walmart is not far away. Nice old historic city if you do some sightseeing. Would stay here again.

it was ok
It was a decent place to stay and got a good night's sleep. Lacking in some items like no coffee in room and bars of soap were too small to bath with. people were friendly.
This is a very nice, clean, but basic budget motel. It is independently owned and run by a family, and they do a very good job of keeping the rooms clean, comfortable and in good condition. They have renovated it well, the bathrooms are in notably good shape.
Amenities are limited, the room has a TV and refrigerator. There is nothing in the way of things like complimentary coffee setup, shampoo, (soap and disposable plastic cups are provided, )etc. and there is no ice machine on premises that I could find. Given the budget price, this did not bother me, I have stayed here twice and it was good both times, I carry a cooler and get my own ice.
I'll stay here again the next time I'm in Coshocton.
We loved the nostalgia of the old hotel. Coshocton is my hometown, so my husband of 36 years and I loved visiting Coshocton after 12 years. Great Hotel, very nice staff.

Only two flat pillows, bed a bit hard, tv has very few channels. Pretty average for a motel but I was expecting a little bit better.

It was dated, but was clean and quiet. Owner was very helpful! Thank you for a nice stay.
Room was very clean and comfortable. Was quiet and nobody bothered us. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If we ever need a room for a baseball tournament again that will be the place
It's a very nice place. If you need a nice bed and a decent spot to relax for the evening (or however long your stay), then this is the place. It's 2 minutes walk from the edge of everything downtown. Pretty quiet. It was a nice spot that did the job I was hoping for during my overnight.
I can only comment on the exterior of the motel because the office was closed when we arrived. The exterior left a lot to be desired. The building was very old and didn’t look like it received much maintenance. I just feel that it was a blessing that we didn’t have to stay. "Thank you, Lord!"
The place was disgusting. My husband and I felt so uncomfortable that we left shortly after checking in. We opted to go back to the fairgrounds and sleep in our truck. We felt much safer.

Tha room and bathroom decor was definitely dated. The outlets were so pleasant the my cell phone brick would not stay in it. The room was dimly lit due to lights being burnt out.
I used Expedia.com to make a partial payment and when I got to the motel, no one knew who I paid. Expedia said the motel received the payment but they denied ever receiving anything. I have my bank statement and confirmation number and they still denied receipt of receiving it. So I don’t trust them. They called themselves doing me a favor of giving me 50% off and charging me half, but when I returned home on Monday my card showed they tried to triple the payment on my card. Thank Goodness my bank denied them. I really paid the correct amount overall. They tried deceiving me and got caught! Bad business practices. I’m never staying at this place again.
For the price i expected the property to not be up to date. But i did not expect the area and the motel itself to feel so unsafe. There were clearly addicts that live at the property and sketchy people wandering around. Made for a rough nights sleep and i feel this property should not be an option on Expedia
