"Overall need to update lobby and room decor and aesthetics.too much traffic in lobby.Attentive staff. Kind of slow check in process. I booked an executive suite for 3 people and at check in I was was told the suite only had 1(one) bed for 3 people??? It was unacceptable and would have been uncomfortably awkward 😕 I was given a smaller room with 2 beds, not really meeting up a suite category. My time was very limited to spend on complaining, so we made do of what we have. Location was very convenient for last minute shopping, dining and its near the airport. Staff was friendly and attentive. Thank you "

"Barely clean room by western standards. Water not hot in the shower, no bath mat provided. Barely good enough for overnight transit stay"

"A very strange experience. We arrived to the lobby of one hotel, only to be met and taken to another hotel. Barely any communication. We also had to give our passports to be photographed, without explanation. The room was basic and had air-con, but the bed and sofa were very uncomfortable and the towels were dirty. Luckily we only spent 8 hours there to sleep and leave as soon as possible. "

"It was a bed and a shower in a pretty clean hotel next to the airport. We had a long layover and that’s about the only reason for the stay. Nice enough hotel, just not a location I’d need to return to so a layover "
