Staff were great I arrived early and that was no problem, room was clean and had everything for a short stay. Handy to food stores nearby and seemed safe to walk around. Only negative was I booked the shuttle for 02.30am it turned up at 02.15am and wouldn't wait, it came back about 45 minutes later.

Good for a quick stopover from the Manila airport. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the walls were so thin it was hard to sleep (heard everything in the hallway and the other rooms). I found the staff friendly and helpful, however.
