“Great staff very helpful Towel rail and door hook were both broken”

“Staff was pleasant on the face but didn’t provide any service. Asked for extra blanket as the temperature in the room was low, first night we were told that there’s no extra blanket available. Second night the person on reception said ok, we will send it later but didn’t. Also the phone was not working from the room to the reception but reception could call us. We had to go downstairs for asking what we need.”

“Great place although very quite a there is no onsite eating facilities. Breakfast is basic continental that you help your self to. And the staff are not there but good communication on phone”

“Property was very well kept and the rooms were lovely, modern and clean. Staff were wonderful on check in and when we used the bar. Easy to park and access rooms, good selection of drinks at the bar and overall a great family run hotel.”

“Mandip and Vijay were excellent. 10/10 Breakfast was outstanding Room plumbing needed adjustments taps in the sink and mixer taps in the shower/bath Room was beautiful.”

“This was a beautiful property. Unfortunately we arrived very late and didn’t get to spend any daylight hours enjoying to grounds so it was a bit of a waste to us. The restaurant was closed which we were not aware of when we booked. Lovely place if you are planning to use the grounds and enjoy the property .”

“Lovely building and room. Parking is a bit tricky as you have to block others in or be blocked in yourself. The reception is behind locked doors so very safe and secure”
