“We had a lovely stay overall, with excellent staff at reception , a beautiful hotel, immaculate grounds and fantastic amenities. Everything provided was wonderful, and the quality of the food was outstanding, both at breakfast and in the restaurant in the evening. Unfortunately, the restaurant service really let the experience down. The waitresses were incredibly slow when taking orders and bringing food to the table, which became increasingly frustrating. “We stayed for two nights in the Marrakesh suite and loved it. A huge comfy bed, air conditioning, mini fridge, lots of storage and a large TV. Upstairs is a large jacuzzi bathroom complete with bathrobes and slippers. The host, Debbie was fantastic, she always seemed to be on duty and was very helpful. Breakfast was very good with a huge selection and could be taken in the dining room or in your suite.”

“While we liked the theme of the pub, and the staff were friendly, the stay was let down by a poor nights sleep due to very thin walls and chatter in the pub past 11pm (despite the pub closing at 10). I did complain, and the noise did stop after some time, but it took a significant amount of time to get to sleep even after that. The pillows were also not to our preference, being extremely soft, but we didn’t raise this with staff (as we only stayed one night) so we don’t know if there were any...

“We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings”
