Staff was excellent! Everyone we encountered from front desk to room service/maintenance and dining agents were very courteous and helpful! We booked 3 rooms & got there over 2 hours early but not only did they managed to get us checked in to our rooms with minimal wait time, they also upgraded our bookings to all rooms with ocean views. Needless to say, that greatly improved the quality of our visit! Breakfast was an amazing array of quality and delicious international and local options! We didn’t need to eat again until late evening!!! The gym equipments and the swimming pool were also very nice! Despite our one-night stay, I managed to biked 10 minutes in the bike trainer, run 3Km on the treadmill, swam in the ocean across the street for over half an hour before swimming a dozen laps in the roof top pool!! Would definitely stay again next time if I can still afford to do so!! 😅

There was loud music in middle of the night. It took long to get the elevator. There was no extra toilet paper in my room. The reception staff was wonderful. The location was convenient. The beach view was spectacular.

My stay at Navada Beach hotel was absolutely fabuluous! Location could not be any better. It's right across the road of the most beatiful beach in Nha Trang (north beach), far away from noisy city's center. Hotel's amenities are new and the staff is very friendly. If you are a soup lover (as I am) you'd would definitely enjoy buffet breakfast — FOUR(!) kinds of soups offered (changing daily). A word of caution: the bathroom and the room are separated by a glass wall. If you happen to catch a bout of diarrhea, your roommate would be watching the action from the first row seat. Not if there is anything wrong with that, just be careful when consuming raw seafood in the city. I was not😞 And by the way, within a short walking distance from the hotel there is the best seafood buffet in Nha Trang — "I like buffet" (strongly recommend). Make sure you book ocean view room. The view is absolutely stunning! Attached pics is what I was marveling at first thing every morning.

I stayed 10 days at Navada Beach Hotel during my solo trip to Vietnam. The hotel is in a convenient location within a short walking distance to the beach. The staff is great and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. It could do with more vege options for breakfast, but overall can’t complain.

The staff is kind and attentive. The rooftop pool is beautiful as was the ocean view from our room. The breakfast has a huge variety. Something for everyone. The bed was very comfortable. We had a soaking tub and plenty of hot water They actually supply hand towels and wash cloths in addition to bath towels, something we haven’t had everywhere since being in Vietnam. Their airport transportation service was excellent and cheaper than GRAB for the large size car which we wanted. The hotel sits on a cove and the beach is literally across the street.

Best hotel

The rooms are clean, have great views, and the staff are friendly. Although the location is a bit far from the city, the fact that a hotel with an ocean view costs about $40 per night is definitely attractive. It was a shame that yellow Mango wasn't served during my stay, but the breakfast was also good. The rooftop pool was small but well used. I think I will use it again next time.

take this place, if you need wonderful view through the windows, peaceful beach and friendly people. you will never be disappointed. the only thing that i didn't enjoy was breakfast. It was good.

This time, I chose this hotel not only for business but also as a place to stay for a diving trip. - It's a hotel in front of the beach, so I imagined it would be noisy, but it actually wasn't. - The breakfast buffet was just right. -The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered room service and it was very good. -The facilities are clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the cleaning is also very good. -That's why I feel that if we, the users, use the facilities with moderation, it will lead to mutual respect. This is because hotels near the beach are often vandalized by their guests.........

Perfect, but if I had to change, one small thing, no, two. One, keep the shower gel bottle filled. It was empty when we checked in, and it was empty again by day end. We didn't bother asking for it again. Two, we need conditioner. Long hair needs shampoo and conditioner. Just two minor things. Thanks

A million dollar view

The view from my 15th floor window/balcony out over the beach and bay area took my breath away. Stunning. This hotel also benefits from being located north of the main beach area in a quieter section of the promenade with it's own beachfront and cove view, but still adequately served with decent restaurants and shops. Room was modern and clean, very comfortable bed and bedding, with full amenities you'd expect in a quality hotel. Very popular with Chinese tourists, and this was reflected more so at breakfast than at any other time, advise you have a lie-in and wait for the early shift to finish at the trough! My only criticism would be of the room service, which was patchy at times, and closed altogether on one day for some function taking place. Front desk staff, on the other hand, were excellent. In summary, incredibly good value for money in an incredibly good location. 👌
