전반적으로 호텔 자체는 굉장히 좋은 편이었습니다만, 베트남에서 길가에 호텔이 있으면 방음이 잘 되어있어도 빵빵거리는 소리가 들어옵니다.

호텔방도 깨끗했고, 바다가 보이는 쪽에 방을 배정받아서 좋았습니다. 12월에 수영하기엔 좀 춥습니다. 조식은 쌀국수는 맛있었지만 다른 메뉴는 모르겠습니다. 호텔에서 마사지를 받아봤는데 5성급 호텔이라고 하긴 서비스가 너무 좋지 않았습니다. 마사지사가 핸드폰을 하거나 한손으로 마사지를 하더군요. 차라리 밖에 있는 마사지샾이 좋습니다. 마사지를 제외하곤 다 만족했습니다.

가족여행에 추천하고 싶은 호텔 (패밀리 스위트 룸)
가족여행을 가면서 가장 고민이 됐던 게 바로 침대 엑스트라 베드가 아닌 일반 베드에서 세명이 편히 쉴 수 있어야했는데 가격대있는 호텔에 비해 패밀리스위트룸도 저렴하여 여기로 선택했으며 그 선택엔 후회가 없다. (킹베드와 싱글베드로 되어있어서 성인 3명 묶기 매우 적합) 침실과 거실이 분리되어있어 짐 정리하기도 편하고, BAR도 따로 있으며, 욕실도 샤워, 화장실, 세면대와 욕조가 분리되어있어 매우 넓다. 뷰는 약간 시티+오션뷰인데 정면 오션뷰보다 보는 재미가 있다. 직원들 역시 모두 친절했으며, 적극적으로 도와주려고 노력했다. 조식도 우린 28층에서 먹었는데 대부분 러시아인?이었고 중국 사람도 거의 보지 못했다. 가짓수는 많지 않아 3일 먹기엔 약간 질릴 수 있으며 우린 2일만 먹음. 위치가 나트랑 메인과 조금 거리가 있어 그랩을 이용해야하는데, 부를 때마다 가격이 좀 다르고 호텔 건너편에서 부르면 더 싼 경우도 있음.

스위트룸 오션뷰 예약을 하였으나 부분 오션뷰로 창문앞은 호텔뷰였고, 발코니도 의자 1개와 테이블 1개만 있는 크기로 매우 작아 친구와 이용을 할수 없어서 매우 불편했다. 휘트니스는 사진에 보이는 안마의자는 없었으며 기구도 2개밖에없는 3성급 호텔수준이었다. 사우나는 이용할때만 틀어주어 샤워만 하고 나올수있었다.

Staff were professional and helpful. Choices for breakfast was slightly fewer but the separate arrangement of breakfast locations for guests of different room types were perfect as you could enjoy a more cozy environment in the morning. The room was probably newly renovated and thus it was quite comfortable. It would be even better if a new hair dryer could be provided (the existing one was just too old). Yet, all in all, the residence experience was quite nice. Will definitely consider rebooking next time.

The hotel is located across from the beach, you have a private beach access. The room is clean, morden with an beautiful ocean view, breakfast buffet is excellent with a amazing service and food choices. The staff is supper friendly and helpful, they also offered us a complimentary airport drop off. Highly recommend.

Queen Ann was amazing. Located across from the beach, you have a private beach about 50m walk. Service and staff were very welcoming, polite and always helpful. Convenient location, souvenir shop next door also does laundry for 30,000D per KG. Also sells other souvenirs cheaper then Dam markets. Pool water always cold as its in a shaded area, airport shuttle was organised for us and was a smooth ride. Approximately 30 minute drive from aiport. BREAKFAST buffet was best i have ever had amazing service and food choices, they have many dietary options, such as Halal, Vegetarian, Gluten and vietnamese traditional foods as well. Overall amazing stay, would recommend 10/10

Uns hat diesen Hotel sehr gefallen.Meine Frau hat gemeint dass sie sich wie zu Hause fühlt,ich denke das sagt schon viel aus.. Das Personal war immer freundlich,hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir waren schon einige Male in Vietnam und somit in einigen Hotels aber das Buffet von Queen Ann war bisher das Beste - abwechslungsreich,reichhaltig und hochwertig. Die Zimmer sauber bei guter Ausstattung. Die Lages des Hotels erstklassig. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Great hotel
Fantastic location, people. Great with free airport transfer. To few sunbeds on the beach. 30 chairs for 400 guests is not ok.

This is not a 5* hotel. The room smelled stale on arrival, and by 9pm the whole 22nd floor stank of rancid cooking oil. There was litter on the bedroom floor at arrival, it remained after two days of "cleaning". WiFi was consistently unreliable, didn't reach the desk in the room, and was sporadic in the common areas. Staff at breakfast and the pool bar were friendly, but checkout took over 10 mins to complete for no explicable reason. A hotel voucher was issued but not honoured, and none of the VIP perks were offered. Pool is undercover so stays cold all day, loungers are limited and get no sun. Area around the hotel is a building site, lots of prostitution in the vicinity. Do not recommend.

Auf jeden Fall wieder buchen , wenn wir wiederkomm
Alle 5* wirklich verdient . Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn man einen Wunsch hat versuchen die Angestellten dies auch zu erfüllen. Das einzige was ein Nachteil ist , dass viel zu wenige Strandliegen vorhanden sind . Bei schönem Wetter muss man sich beeilen um eine Liege zu ergattern. Das Wasser des Pools ist kalt . Das Essen im Hotel hervorragend und das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen . Wir können das das Hotel weiter empfehlen und würden das auf jeden Fall wieder buchen . Die Lage ist Top .

Gutes Hotel an einem tollen Strand
Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, gutes Frühstück und hat einen Privatstrand mit Liegen und Schirm. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Preis Leistung Angebot. Ich würde das Hotel wieder Buchen.
