Such a great experience and service.
The customer service was superb. I had lost my purse on the first day of the trip, and I was running short of cash and all my credit cards were not available. The staff was so patient with listening to my whole lost-purse story. The owner heard what I’ve been through and generously upgraded my room to VIP and let me know how I could reach to get help. Thank you so much for your kindness and everything. It would have been nightmare without your help.

Fremstod ikke som et VIP rom.
Trengte et sted å sove før vi måtte ta flyet kl.05.00. Sjekket inn kl. 19.00 dagen før, så ble ikke mange timene på rommet. Så av den servicen vi fikk, var dette veldig bra, ettersom vi fikk utlevert rommet fort. Til å være et VIP rom, så må jeg si det var litt skuffende renhold av badet. Man kunne se at glassoverflater ikke hadde blitt vasket på en stund, og det fremstod da som relativt skittent. Badet hadde heller ikke noe håndsåpe, noe som var rart, da de hadde tannbørste, tannkrem, shampoo, balsam etc. Ellers var senga helt nydelig til å sove i, da vi trengte å være uthvilt før den tidlige flyturen.

Good Hotel, Good Price
This hotel is your standard Vietnamese 3-star experience. A cozy, yet comfortable, room with all the normal amenities. This hotel is ideal for those who are looking for an affordable base from which to explore Nha Trang as the hotel only provides breakfast and does not have a restaurant or bar.
