I was pleasantly surprised to see so many negative reviews about this hotel but I can assure you that this was a great budget friendly place to stay. It’s close to the Clifton hill and is a great spot to save on parking as well. The staff were friendly . I stayed with my 11 month old baby and they were very helpful with everything.

Great night spent at the Empress Inn! Yes it is a “two-star” hotel but all we wanted was a clean place to sleep and shower so it was perfect! Bed was comfortable, location was quiet, towels and bathroom were clean! The shower head kind of sprays all over the ceiling and gets on the floor but that’s more of a property issue than a customer issue! Great, budget friendly place to stay in Niagara, and so close to the Falls and Clifton Hill
