Good for families travelling with kids. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was delicious. Our bedroom was good bit a little outdated. We were travelling with 3 kids, our bedroom had 2 queen size beds and we asked to add a crib and a cot. Can't complain, all of us slept super well! The edge of the carpet near the bathroom was falling apart, with some staples exposed, a bit dangerous for children, we were afraid they would hurt their feet. Some areas were under construction and renovation, there were many construction workers walking around the hotel.

Because this property was under construction, we did not have access to a fitness centre the patio bar or the pool. There was an enormous amount of construction ongoing during our three night stay at this hotel.

Came there expecting a nice weekend with my wife. Pool and gym closed. Lobby under Reno. Shower handle needed to be fixed. Room vent blows only cold air. Manager said you should have read the website details. Kids hockey team running around because they are bored, nothing to do. You closed the pool?? I paid for two queen beds got one king suite. Would be an upgrade if the place worked. Bath with jets was also broken. Unacceptable. Ten years ago this place was A . Sad to see it go downhill.

Very upset, I Book this hotel because it had a pool, after I arrived and checked in i was told it's under construction and jot open. After I complained I was told there was nothing they could do because I booked with Expidia. Also breakfast is included but only if you book through the hotel, which I didn't. I thought it would be better to book with expidia but I'm really not seeing the benefits of this right now!!!!!

We got a suite and it was lovely; comfortable bed, fireplace, rainfall shower, big whirlpool tub. Housekeeping was thorough (lots of places have reduced housekeeping these days, but we got housekeeping every day). The hotel is under major construction, so the coffee shop and pool ere closed. The restaurant, bar, and arcade were all great. The only negative was the noise. If you are from Ontario, you know that this is travel hockey season, and every hotel will be filled with hockey kids, but this was the worst. The first night, there were kids running around till 2am, hiding from hotel staff in the stairwells! But they must have either checked out or got a good talking to, because the second night was much better.

The Heater / AC was not really working but it was manageable What really makes me not want to come back there again is because they charged me a "Late Checkout fee" for no reason on to my credit card and refuse to refund me

Everything you need in one location. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, arcade and bowling alley and restaurants right on site. Room service was fantastic. Amazing experience

The hotel is under construction. The pool, fitness room, restaurant, and lobby are all closed yet we paid full price. There was no advanced notice of the construction. Staying with kids and no pool or access to breakfast - not good.
