It was perfect. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The manager, Aaron and Playa are were most helpful but everyone was friendly and pleasant. The rooms and view were great. The best breakfast buffet ever! Dinner fabulous. The Brocks is definitely 5 star.

It was a very nice hotel, we love how they give coupons for a few of the things. The room was very clean staff came everyday to change our bedding. It was confusing trying to figure out how to get to how room and around the parking garage, could use more signs. The elevators could definitely use some updating. Everything else was great! Absolutely loved the view from our room on the 12th floor and from the restaurant.

The location and breakfast were the key highlights. Room carpet was not vacuumed well. The hotel is dated and would benefit from a thorough renovation like they did of the washroom in the room. The spa was very well done; however, it had no lockers and was very small. The hot tab was not a jacuzzi.

Our room was too small. Was obviously a single bed room where they added a 2nd bed to make it a double bedroom. Also, the shower did not have a curtain or sliding glass door, so when we showered, water went all over the bathroom floor. The staff was generally friendly when I brought issues to their attention. Thank you for a quick unexpected night stay at the Brock. The staff was beyond helpful- let me stay until mid afternoon on day of checkout as our car broke and we were waiting for a fix. Clean modern room felt cozy and bed was comfy. Many bars restaurants and food option within walking. Outside crowded bc of the falls but inside my room was great- had view of the falls from our bedroom. Reasonable choice and right across the street from niagra falls- was able to walk them in the morning. Staff was beyond generous and helpful.
