“친구가 신분증을 가지고 오지않아서 숙박이 거부 되어습니다. 집에있는 가족을 통해 메신저로 사진으로 확인하면 되지 않느냐고 했더니, 50대 메니저가 나와서 불가하다고 하여 실랑이 끝에 숙박하게 되었어요. 우리의 실수지만, 이 메니저는 그이후 지속적으로 불편한 눈빛을 주면서, 동양인이라 그래서인지 벌레 보듯이 우리를 주의 관찰함이 느껴 졌어요. 그 백인 메니저 때문에 정말 일행 6명이 좋지 않은 기억을 가지게 되었습니다. 앞으로 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하지도 그도시에 가지도 않을꺼에요.”

Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults. “Check in took some time my reservation was not easy to find. I had been in transit for 24 hours with many problems with gate changes etc. The more I stay in Minagua I realize Los Pinos was the best for me. ”

“We arrived in Managua late evening and Casa Lucia had a driver waiting for us.Claudio greeted us upon our arrival and made us feel at home. Claudio and his mother were very accommodating. The breakfast menu had a nice variety and the coffee was excellent. Location was great, bars & restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.”

“Super Unterkunft - wer allerdings auf Wifi, Elektronik oder Ähnliches angewiesen ist, sollte sich eine andere Unterkunft raussuchen. Wir hatten einen täglichen Stromausfall. Ab abends war es dann meist wieder funktionsfähig. Und das Wifi war grundsätzlich eher mittelmäßig wenn es vorhanden war. Das Frühstück ist gut. Die Hütten direkt am Strand waren allerdings toll und sehr naturnah. Nachts hört man die Wellen rauschen. Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft. :) ”
