니스 호텔 재방문 의향 있음
공항과 가깝고 해변에 위치해 아름다운 풍경을 볼 수 있었고 버스정류장이 가까워 교통을 이용하기 편리하였습니다.

Just next to the beach with amazing sea view
Perfect to relax in the beach, very friendly and kind staffs, huge space (we are 3 persons). Little bit away from Nice downtown (around 3-4 Km), but it would not be an issue as the bicycle or bus can be used easily, or as walking in the beach. And it will be better soon as there is a construction of tram at the backside of the hotel.

a note of caution!
Reasonable apartemnt charge in Nice, Good location for sea view. But please don't miss it! First, service was the worst. Arrogant manager, unkind staff, and lazy cleaner. I think they was more supercilious than 5 star hotel's staff.^^ Second, Check-in time(pm 3) was fixed. 'the check-in counter' will never show generosity in you. You should just wait until pm 3, whatever you do.

바다가 보이는 니스의 조용한 호텔
테라스에서 보이는 바다는 일품. 중심지인 마세나광장까지는 천천히 걸어서 약 30분정도. 걷는게 싫다면 추천하지않음. 호텔 주변으로 까르프도 있고, 주차는 밤9시이후에는 무료이니 잘 찾아서 주차하면된다. 방과 거실 그리고 주방이 모두 분리되어있고, 욕실과 화장실도 분리되어있어 여러명이 사용하기에 최적의 방이였음.

Just returned from a 4 night stay - family of 5. Spacious apartment well equipped with lovely sea views. Lovely staff on reception desk made us feel very welcome and very helpful. Arrived 11 am and was able to leave luggage in storage so able to make the most of our first day. Fantastic location on the Promenade de Anglais would definitely recommend and would love to return again.

Escapade familiale
Accueil très bon. Chambre spacieuse familiale avec vue mer, ça c'est très bien. Hôtel situé sur la promenade des anglais à mi-chemin entre l'aéroport et la colline du château. Très bons restau et très belles places et musées à proximité, accessibles à pied. Mention spéciale pour Le Magnan pour le petit déjeuner, le Davisto, le Bistrot Saint Georges et Olim Meyerbeer, tous excellents. Accès à Villefranche-sur-Mer à 7 min par le TER, charme et dépaysement au rendez-vous. Cependant, l'appartement et terrasse méritent d'être rafraîchis et rénovés, les dalles de la terrasse sont bancales, une fissure sur le carrelage sur toute la longueur salon, le robinet de la cuisine mérite d'être stabilisé, idem pour le porte papier des toilettes. Isolation phonique très faible, pas de double vitrage. Quelques sachets de thé et de café seraient un plus, comme dans d'autres adadgio appart hotel.

J’ai bien aimé l’endroit, surtout la terrasse sur le toit. Par contre, la terrasse n’était pas ouverte le samedi soir - décevant !

Nous vous remercions pour votre avis. Il arrive parfois que nous fermons notre terrasse à cause des conditions météo, mais normalement notre terrasse sur toi reste ouverte. N'hésitez pas la prochaine fois demander à la réception, nous sommes à disposition 24h/24.

Wonderful stay
The staff was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice. It had a small kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator. The location was great. The beach was across the street and the hotel was equal distance to two Tram stops. It’s a 10-15 min ride to the airport and 15 min to the NICE main downtown.

The workers were nice and helpful. The hotel itself was terrible. No room service cleaning unless you pay extra. A toilet room for a child size. The Internet was off and on. Would not stay at this chain again

Das Zimmer war sehr schön aufgeteilt. Lediglich die ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommenen Regale und Tische sollten bei Zeiten mal ersetzt werden. Das hat aber dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan. Das Hotelpersonal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Möglichkeit die Rückflug Tickets in der Lobby auszudrucken fand ich ebenfalls sehr positiv. Die Lage des Hotels mit direktem Meerblick und einer Bus bzw. Tramstation in Umkreis von 150 Metern war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Balcony wouldn’t close. They did fix that after first night. Bed very uncomfortable. Poor communication at front desk. Drink dispenser wouldn’t work. In general the room felt dated, not welcoming. Location isn’t great as street at the back of property dirty, not many dining options.

This was perfect for us. We are a family of 5 and were able to get one room to accommodate us all. It is located directly across the beach with cafes, bakeries and markets within walking distance. They had a breakfast every morning and everyone was extremely friendly. The only thing that was missing was beach towels.

The property was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location with bars, restaurants, grocery and tram service very close by. The rooftop was nice with chairs and umbrellas, although wish it had a pool. We would stay here again!

Una excelente opción familiar
Es un hotel muy aceptable, una vista grandiosa al mar de la costa azul, una ubicación muy conveniente entre el aeropuerto y el centro antiguo de Niza, extraordinariamente bien comunicado por autobús y por tranvías, precio competitivo, habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar con ellos.

Family stay in two sea view rooms.
The staff were friendly and offered advice. They even went to get gluten free bread for the breakfast bar. The rooms were clean, well stocked, and spacious. The sea view rooms had an ample terrace and great views.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous mettons en route la climatisation un peu tardivement, car nous avons des appartements qui donnent sur arrière du bâtiment et nous avons eu un printemps une peu frais. Mais la climatisation est en route en ce moment.

Très beau séjour
L’accueil a vraiment été des plus agréable. L’établissement est idéalement situé. Notre studio était en bon état à l’exception d’un accoudoir sur lequel il manquait la couverture mais y subsistait de la colle. Je n’y avais pas prêté attention et ai posé à deux reprises ma doudoune qui est tachée, trace que je n’arrive pas à retirer.
