"All the ice machines were broken. Had to go to the lobby to ask for ice and they have you one bucket. No furniture on the patios.
The pool was closed. No restaurants in that hotel. Needs an update badly. Staff was helpful great location"
"The staff is excellent - friendly, attentive, knowledgeable.
Great location - on the water; on the harbor- beautiful boats, yachts, sailing boats; in the heart of downtown; restaurants, bars, unique stores;"
"Great stay July 2-3rd during the busiest time of the season. Clean room and property, really nice hotel staff. They would have gotten 5 stars if they came in to take out the trash, replenish towels, and make the bed. Otherwise, great!!! And stunning views"
"I liked that the property was right by the beach, having the beach out the back door was awesome. I liked the resturaunt in the hotel. The prices for drinks and snacks were very expensive, a short walk down the street offered much more affordable shopping. Ther was coffee and water, but no continental breakfast, and a very limited amount of hot cholcolate for the kids, if they weren't up early, they missed out. Also, the game room was not what we expected from the online discription, probably good for children under ten, but my grandchildren were disappointed."
"Overall great place to stay, slightly off the beaten path but still close to all the important places. Only downside were the thin walls/floors hearing people around us and above us."
"This was a fantastic hotel. The staff were amazing. The rooms were all oceanfront view. The beach bar was so fun. Many of the rooms have been remodeled and some are going to be remodeled. Everything is in walking distance. They do not have coffee in the office lobby or the rooms. Which did not have hamper or stay at all. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping staff was incredibly responsive. Can’t wait to go back."
