“We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well.”

“The pool was often dirty with debris. The food lacked flavor overall and there was not much to do. The staff was okay but enforced rules that were not enforced for other guests. I would not visit this property or Costa Rica again. I stayed from 5/14 - 5/18. ”

“We stayed in the Ron Ron suite. Wonderful views. Great food and service at the restaurant. Hotel was difficult to find since it was the evening. The viewing platform had great views but lots of bugs and ants up there. ”
