The staff at the front desk was very friendly and as a solo traveler, this made me feel safe. My room was right outside the pool and I loved having the flexibility to sit at the pool or the beach which is only a few steps away! “Our room had amazing volcanic view. The breakfast (free!) included a variety of options and food was amazing! Walkable distance to other restaurants. Staff was friendly and had booked all our reservations! The only issue was with one of the tour guides who took us for night tour. He was not professional at all and took us to somebody else’s private property. Be aware of such scams and go with reliable guides. ”
